I'm frantically trying to pack in some last minute training for ABS Nationals on Friday. I have been in the gym a lot lately and training hard and feeling good. The ABS running order looks intimidating as always and the goal is to make finals and not blow it in prelims. I leave today and head to Raleigh for a flight tomorrow to Denver where i get to see Nate Nowinowski! Its always good to see old friends and i can't wait to see everyone in Boulder and the excitement seems high...
